Dawn Elgin

Dawn Elgin is a Contrarian Soul Guide, trauma alchemist, and the Creatrix of Practical Spiritualism. With a background in quantum holistic coaching, energy medicine, psycho-somatic healing, and breathwork, she’s helped countless women reclaim their power, clear emotional debris, and rise into the truth of who they really are.

Dawn’s work goes beyond mindset—it’s deep, raw, embodied transformation that unravels old paradigms and reconnects you to your sovereignty. She’s not here to play by the rules—she’s here to burn them down and guide others home to themselves.

When she’s not mid-rant about toxic systems or guiding soul-led humans through emotional initiations, she’s hanging with her adult sons, soulmate Mike, and their Frenchie, living intentionally and laughing loud in Canada.

Shannon Donohoe-Simpson

I’m Shannon Donohoe-Simpson. Over the years, I’ve been an educator, a community creator, a storyteller. But the title that feels closest to my soul is this: Joybringer.

Not because I’m always joyful.
But because I choose joy—especially in the uncertain, in-between places where life feels most tender.

I’ve walked through illness, heartbreak, and reinvention.
I’ve weathered separation, grief, the stretching complexity of parenting children who needed more love than I sometimes knew how to give.

I’ve returned to myself again and again.

And still—I rise.

For years, I’ve been gathering people. Around tables, on dance floors, inside retreat spaces and circles where truth lives and laughter coexists with tears. Whether it’s a Toolbox Tuesday episode, a community celebration, or a late-night kitchen conversation—I live to spark connection, raise the energy in the room, and remind people of the light they’ve forgotten they carry.
